· This offer is a special promotion, therefore cancellations and refunds are subject to limited terms. Please refer to the cancellation and refund policy below. [Notes]
1. In case of adverse weather conditions, cancellations or refunds will be processed according to the golf course regulations on the day of the round.
2. In the event of settlement per hole due to inclement weather, on-site settlement will be conducted based on the regular rates of the golf course and the golf course policy.
3. Customers who have prepaid with AGL Co., Ltd. and settle on a per-hole basis should proceed with on-site payment using their card or other methods, and AGL Co., Ltd. will cancel and process the prepaid amount within 7 days from the date of occurrence after confirming the settlement details per hole.
· If the booker (including accompanying persons) is a foreigner (passport nationality), please inform us of the foreigner`s name and nationality via Naver Talk or KakaoTalk. → Additional charges may apply depending on the nationality, and payment must be made on-site (failure to confirm the foreigner`s identity may result in inconvenience during the round).
· Reservations by the same booker are limited to one tee time per day, and duplicate reservations (same booker) will be canceled.
· For reservations of 2 teams or more, please inquire in advance via Naver Talk or Kakao Talk (Customer Center) - Package rates during holidays may vary depending on the golf course`s situation. - Package rates are based on a group of 4; for groups of 3, the 4-person rate will be applied. - The package includes a second-round tee time on Day 1 and a first-round tee time on Day 2, but these may change based on circumstances. - Refunds due to natural disasters will be based on the regular rates of the golf course. - When package discount rates are exhausted, regular rates will apply, resulting in a price increase. - No refunds will be provided for included meals that are not consumed. - The room type for a double occupancy at the Palace Hotel may change depending on the situation.
